PART 7FURTHER INQUIRY PROCEEDINGS
Form of notice7.1.
(1)
Notice under section 32 that further inquiry proceedings are to be held is to be given in Form 7.1.
(2)
The notice must—
(a)
set out the identity of the deceased;
(b)
have appended to it a copy of the determination in the inquiry into the death of the deceased; and
(c)
contain the information required by section 32(2)(a) and (b).
