The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 245C(3) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19951 (as applied by section 40 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 20032) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
