31st August 2016 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014—

(a)

so far as not already in force—

(i)

sections 19 to 45;

(ii)

section 68; and

(iii)

schedules 2 and 32; and

(b)

section 95.
