1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Relevant Permanent Sites (Scotland) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 1st May 2017.
(2) In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and “transferee” has the meaning given by section 32E(1) of the Act(1).
Section 32E is inserted by section 65 of the 2014 Act.
