This Order reconstitutes the Gardenstown Harbour Trust as from the date it comes into force. It provides for there to be 9 Trustees with relevant experience.
The Order also updates provisions on powers of the Trustees, charges, creation of byelaws and borrowing powers and insurance, as well as repealing obsolete provisions in earlier Orders.
