Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2016 and comes into force on 16th December 2016.

In this Order—
“the 2003 Act” means the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20033;
“the Act” means the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
