The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 85(3) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

2015 asp 6. Section 85(3) is applied in respect of appeals under section 88(2) by section 88(3).
