1. This Order may be cited as the Tenant Information Packs (Assured Tenancies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st December 2016.
2. For the schedule of the Tenant Information Packs (Assured Tenancies) (Scotland) Order 2013(1), substitute the schedule set out in the schedule of this Order.
