This Order brings into force, on 1st January 2017, section 33 (which makes provision in relation to notification of occupancy) of the Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013 (“the Act”).

The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 9th April 2013. Section 56 of the Act brought into force Part 8 (except section 53 and schedule 4) on the day after Royal Assent.
