Amendment of the Act of Sederunt (Child Care and Maintenance Rules) 1997

4.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Child Care and Maintenance Rules) 1997(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In rule 3.59 (appeals)(2), omit paragraph (8).
