Amendment of article 4 and Schedule 3 (exclusion of section 4(2)(a) and (b) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 in relation to specific questions)

3.—(1) In article 4(3)(a)(i)(1), after “paragraph 3(3)(a)” insert “or (aa)”.

(2) After paragraph 3(3)(a) of Schedule 3, insert—

“(aa)air weapon certificates granted or renewed under section 5 of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015(2), and permits granted under section 12, 13 or 17 of that Act;”.
