The Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 12 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation Act 19721 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 9(5) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted with representatives of education authorities and teachers and with such other persons likely to be affected by these Regulations as appeared to them to be appropriate.
In accordance with section 9(1) of that Act, the Treasury has approved the making of these Regulations2.
