The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 19701 and section 6(1) of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 20142 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
