In Part 3 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: relevant Scottish authorities)2, at the end insert—
“Other bodies added on 1st April 2015
Historic Environment Scotland3.An integration joint board established by order under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 20144.A regional board (within the meaning of section 35(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 20055).”
