Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 31st March 2015 the provisions of the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Act 2013 which are not yet fully in force. The main effect is to fully commence paragraph 8(6) of the schedule to that Act, which inserts section 7D(7) to (9) into the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005.
