Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(2) and (3) of schedule 3 to the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 20081 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 3(4) of schedule 3 to that Act they have consulted the Lord President.
