10.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Proceedings for Determination of Devolution Issues Rules) 1999(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In rule 6(6) (intimation of devolution issue)(2), for “marks an appeal under rule 3.1.3 or 31.4 of the Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 in Schedule 1 to the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907” substitute “appeals to the Sheriff Appeal Court in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Appeal Court Rules) 2015(3)”.
(3) In rule 7(7) (response to intimation of devolution issue)(4), for “sheriff principal” substitute “Sheriff Appeal Court”.
(4) In Schedule 1 (forms), in Form 2A (form of intimation to relevant authority of appeal in proceedings in which a devolution issue has been raised)(5), for “marked” substitute “made”.
