Revocation of the Private Rented Housing Panel (Applications and Determinations) (Scotland) Regulations 200727.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) the Private Rented Housing Panel (Applications and Determinations) (Scotland) Regulations 20076 are revoked.

(2)

The Private Rented Housing Panel (Applications and Determinations) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 continue in force in relation to any application received by the panel prior to 1st December 2015.
