The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2015
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendments to the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 20112.
In the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (authorities to which Part 1 of that Act applies)—
(a)
“Criminal Courts Rules Council”;
“Panel appointed under regulation 90C of the Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Regulations 20123
“Scottish Civil Justice Council”;
“Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”;
“Scottish Sentencing Council”; and
“TS Prestwick Holdco Ltd (registered number SC462050)”.
(b)
“Children’s Panel”;
“Learning and Teaching Scotland”; and
“Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency”.
(c)
For the entry—
(i)
“Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary and Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary (appointed under section 33 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (c.77))” substitute “Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary and Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary (appointed under section 71 of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 8))”;
(ii)
“Scottish Court Service” substitute “Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service”; and
(iii)

This Order amends the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the Act”) which lists the bodies, office-holders and other persons that are subject to Part 1 of the Act. Part 1 of the Act makes provision for records management plans.
