Tuberculosis testing7.
(1)
Paragraph (2) applies where the Scottish Ministers have issued a notice to the keeper of a specified animal.
(2)
The Scottish Ministers may test, or arrange for the testing of, the animal for tuberculosis using a relevant test.
(3)
The keeper of the animal must comply with all reasonable requirements of a veterinary inspector or an approved veterinary surgeon with a view to facilitating—
(a)
the identification and examination of the animal;
(b)
the application to it, or the reading, of any relevant test; or
(c)
the removal of the animal for slaughter.
