Revocations and amendment S

23.—(1) The following Orders are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Scotland—

(a) the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989(1);

(b) the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 1989(2); and

(c) the Tuberculosis (Deer) (Amendment) Order 1993(3).

(2) In the Animal Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2013(4), omit article 8.
