The following Orders are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Scotland—
(a)
the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 19899;
(b)
the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 198910; and
(c)
the Tuberculosis (Deer) (Amendment) Order 199311.
