Amendment of the Act of Sederunt (Child Care and Maintenance Rules) 1997

4.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Child Care and Maintenance Rules) 1997(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In Form 75 (child witness notice: Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2004 section 12)(2), in paragraph 3 for “sixteen” substitute “eighteen”.
