Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Good Neighbour Agreement) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 S

4.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Good Neighbour Agreement) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 7 (determination of application)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “Subject to paragraph (3), the” substitute “ The ”; and

(b) omit paragraph (3).
