Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 and comes into force on 22nd September 2015.

In this Order—
“the Act” means the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014;
“the 1971 Act” means the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 19712;
“the 1988 Act” means the Court of Session Act 19883; and
“summary cause” and related expressions are to be construed in accordance with section 35(1) of the 1971 Act4.
