The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 20036 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In Part II of the Schedule (conservation bodies prescribed under section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003: other bodies) insert, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, “Historic Environment Scotland”.
