The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 134(4) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.

 In accordance with section 133(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament. Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Part 2 Extension) Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made. Extension of period 2 The period for which sections 14 to 30 of, and schedules 5 to 7 to, the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 have effect is extended for the period of 5 years beginning with the date on which this Order is made.
