The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1E, 3C, 4B(3), 4D, 9C(3A), 9CB and 23B of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 19791 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
