Grounds hearing: non-acceptance of facts supporting ground

5.—(1) Rule 59(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after “section 67 ground” insert “or supporting fact”.
(3) Omit paragraph (3).
(4) In paragraph (4) omit “removing any facts denied or otherwise”.

Where a child or relevant person does not accept all of the supporting facts in relation to a section 67 ground, section 90 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 1), as amended by section 85 of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (asp 8), sets out the procedure to be followed.
