Table of Fees

2.  In the Table of Fees contained in Schedule 2 to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 1971(1) after item 31 insert—

“31A. On an application under section 67(2), 69(1), 70(1) or 71(1) of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012

£45”
