Amendment of the Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 201011
In regulation 11 (rate of payment of less favoured area support)—
a
in paragraphs (1) and (2), for “the rate of payment” substitute “the maximum rate of payment”; and
b
after paragraph (5) insert—
