Appearances at inquiry session5.

The persons entitled to appear at the inquiry session are—

(a)

the appellant;

(b)

the planning authority; and

(c)

any other person who, in response to a procedure notice, has informed the appointed person of their intention to appear at the inquiry session in accordance with rule 4(4).
