Notice of reference of applications to the Scottish Ministers20
On referring an application under regulation 6, 7 or 8 to the Scottish Ministers in accordance with a direction given under section 18 of the principal Act a planning authority must serve on the applicant a notice—
a
advising that the application has been referred to the Scottish Ministers;
b
setting out the reasons given by the Scottish Ministers for giving the direction; and
c
advising that the applicant may, if they wish, have an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by a person appointed for that purpose.
