The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(4) of the Certification of Death (Scotland) Act 20111, section 27A(2) of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 19652 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
