8. In regulation 29—
(a)after paragraph (9)(n), omit “or”; and
(b)at the end of paragraph (9) insert—
“or;
(p)any remedial action required to be carried out under section 41 of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014(1)”.
