Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 20141.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.
Appointed day2
1
1st April 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 specified in paragraph (2).

The provisions are—
a
section 85 (Tenement management scheme), insofar as not already in force;
b
section 87 (Work notices);
c
section 88 (Maintenance plans);
d
section 90 (Non-residential premises: repayment charges);
e
section 91 (Repayment charges: recovery of repayable amount); and
f
section 92 (Charging orders).

Sections 100, 101, 102, 104 and 105 of the 2014 Act came into force on the day the Bill for the 2014 Act received Royal Assent: 1st August 2014. The provisions of the 2014 Act commenced by an earlier commencement order are detailed in the table below.
