(d)article 9(2)(a) of the Plant Health (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012(4);
(e)article 8(2)(a) of the Plant Health (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2012(5); and
(f)articles 4, 5, 9(1), 9(2) and 10 of the Plant Health (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Order 2013(6).
