The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 87(5) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 19681, sections 15(1), (2)(c) and (d) and 22(1)(a) of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 20132 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
