Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Valuation of Utilities) (Scotland) Order 2005

2.—(1) The Non-Domestic Rating (Valuation of Utilities) (Scotland) Order 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the table forming part of article 7A(2) (fixed line telecommunications)(2)—

(a) in the first column (company name), in the appropriate places alphabetically, insert—

(i) “Everything Everywhere Limited”;

(ii) “Hutchison 3G UK Limited”; and

(iii) “Vodafone Limited”; and

(b) as the corresponding respective entries in the second column (registration number) insert—

(i) “08263590”;

(ii) “03885486”; and

(iii) “01471587”.
