Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(2) and (8) of the Children and Young Persons Act 19331, sections 37(3), (4), (5) and (6) and 39(3) and (5) of the Children and Young Persons Act 19632 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
