In column 2 of the entry for the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service, for “Head of Investigations” substitute “Head of Counter Fraud Services”.

In the entry for the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency—
(a)
in column 1, for “Environmental” substitute “Environment”; and
(b)
in column 2, for “Director” substitute “Chief Executive; Executive Director; Chief Officer”.
