Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 70(3)(a) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 20001 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation, commencement and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Discretionary Housing Payments (Limit on Total Expenditure) Revocation (Scotland) Order 2014 and comes into force on 9th December 2014.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
Revocation2
The following enactments are revoked—
a
article 7(1) of the Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Order 20012;
b
article 2(2)(b) of the Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) and Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Amendment Order 20143.
