Paragraph 2 of schedule 1 to the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 is amended as follows—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “11” substitute “8”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (3), for “6” substitute “5”;
(c)
in sub-paragraph (4) for “5” substitute “3”.
