Money advice S

5.—(1) A debtor application signed by the debtor before 1st April 2015 may be made on or after that date notwithstanding that the debtor has not obtained money advice in accordance with section 5C of the 1985 Act(1).

(2) To that extent it is to be treated as an incomplete application under section 11A(1) of the 1985 Act(2).
