Objection to document or deed30

Where an objection to a document or deed founded on in a case is stated and maintained by an opposing party, the court may—

a

for the purposes of the case, dispose of the objection; or

b

sist the proceedings if it thinks it necessary or more convenient to do so in order to allow the party to proceed by way of reduction.
