The Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 2014

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69A and 72(1A) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 19851 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
