Citation, commencement and interpretation S

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2014 and comes into force on 30th June 2014.

(2) In this Order “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992(1).
