The Police Pensions (Contributions) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2013

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Police Pensions Act 19761 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 1(1) of that Act they have consulted with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom2.
Citation, commencement, and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Contributions) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2013.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
Amendment of the Police Pensions Regulations 19872

Regulation G2 (pension contributions payable by regular policeman) of the Police Pensions Regulations 19873 is amended as follows.
