The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 227ZJ(1), 245A(8) and 245C(3) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19951, section 70(13) and (14) of the Children (Scotland) Act 19952, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
