Amendment of the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 2010

2.—(1) The Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 2010(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1 (sports grounds)—

(a) omit the following entries—

Caledonian Stadium	Inverness
Doubletree Dunblane Stadium	Stirling
Victoria Park Stadium	Dingwall;

(b) insert the following entries at the appropriate places—

Forthbank Stadium	Stirling
Global Energy Stadium	Dingwall
Tulloch Caledonian Stadium	Inverness; and

(c) for “Kynoch Stadium” substitute “Kynoch Park”.

(3) Omit paragraph 7 of Part I of Schedule 2 (classes of sporting events).
